| Boardroom (10–16) | £45–£150 | Video conferencing kit, better furniture, catering available on request. |
| Training room (16–40) | £60–£250 | Flexible layout, projector, breakout space. Day rates are much better value. |

How it works
Booking without a membership
Almost every serviced office and coworking building sells meeting space to non-members, and most have capacity mid-week outside the 10am and 2pm peaks. Reception handles arrivals, so guests are met properly rather than buzzed in — which is the main reason this beats a hotel lobby or a café for anything client facing.
It is also chronically underserved online: operator booking systems are inconsistent, and availability for a specific date is rarely visible without a phone call. Tell us the city, date, headcount and layout and we will come back with rooms that are genuinely free, with the rate confirmed.
If you are booking more than a couple of times a month, ask about a bundle. A block of prepaid hours or a light membership typically cuts the hourly rate by a quarter to a third, and can be cheaper than the meeting room overage you are currently paying elsewhere.

Important: where this page uses the words “rent”, “rental”, “lease” or “let” to describe workspace, those terms are used for descriptive and search purposes only. The agreement offered by flexible workspace operators is a licence to occupy, not a lease or tenancy, and it does not confer security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
